⁽¹⁾ Conference only: This registration fee includes admission to all conference scientific sessions; conference documentation and electronic proceedings on USB flash memory; lunches on conference days and coffees during coffee breaks as well as admission to the social activities, including the conference reception and banquet. In order to be included in the conference proceedings, each accepted paper has to be covered by a registration fee. One registration fee can cover only one paper.

⁽²⁾ Training school only: This registration fee includes admission to all lectures offered at the COST Training School on 3D AudioVisual Content Processing and Communications (06 – 08 July); lunches on school days and coffees during coffee breaks as well as admission to the social activities.

⁽³⁾ Conference + Tutorials: This registration fee combines admission to the tutorials of the COST Training School on 3D AudioVisual Content Processing and Communications and full admission to the 3DTV conference. More specifically, it includes admission to the lectures offered at the school, given on Wednesday, 8 July; lunches on the same days and coffees during coffee breaks. The registration fee includes also admission to all conference scientific sessions; conference documentation and electronic proceedings on USB flash memory; lunches on conference days and coffees during coffee breaks as well as admission to the social activities, including the conference reception and banquet. ⁽⁴⁾ Conference + full-length training school: This registration fee combines the registration fees in option 1 and option 2.

Payment

Visa requests

Participants who need Portuguese visa to attend the conference, should address their requests for letter of invitation to the conference secretariat by providing the following information: names as in passport, nationality, gender, date of birth and passport number. The registration fee should be paid before requesting letter of invitation.
